Personally I buy my lunch everyday, I am not proud of it, but an advantage of it is that it is cheap, dependable and I know exactly what I am getting. Tell me how I am wrong.

Fraid im another ho buys lunch every day rather than taking a lunch with me XD I find it more flexible to buy a lunch out than to take a ready prepared one, and cuts on the preparation time either the day before or that morning, though i usually check where i buy the lunches, so i'm not just buying rubbish every day.

The only down side to bought lunches is that in the long run, they are far more expensive then making your own lunch. If I had the time I would probably go back to packed lunches, they are cheaper, generally taste better and you can have whatever you want and are not limited to what a deli/store has to offer.

i try to make my own lunch as often as possible. which is still only maybe five or six times in say six months. so i resort to buying. not proud of it, but it's what i need to/ have the capability of doing.

If im only out on a half day, i dont take anything at all... Full day I tend to take money and support a small business that sell sandwiches nearby
